Join other fans in a creator's groupchat.

What are Creator groupchats?

Creators can enable subscription-based groupchats for their fans. This allows the creator and their most loyal fans to all interact in one chat.

How are groupchats priced?

A creator sets the subscription length and cost (in minutes) for their groupchat.

For example, a creator may set their groupchat to be priced as five minutes every three months.

How do groupchats work?

To join a creator's groupchat, simply head to their creator page on Time.fun. Find the redeem groupchats modal, and click Subscribe.

Then, you'll see their groupchat in the "Group chats" section of Time.fun. You'll be able to freely send messages and interact with the creator, along with other fans.

When your renewal date occurs, Time.fun will attempt to redeem the current subscription pricing (minutes) from your balance to continue your subscription. If you don't have the required minutes to keep the subscription going, Time.fun will end your subscription and remove you from the groupchat.

Subscription cancellations and changes

To cancel your subcription, simply click the settings of a groupchat and hit "End Subscription." You'll stay in the groupchat for the duration of your subscription period. Afterwards, your subscription will end and you'll be removed from the groupchat.

To protect users, if a creator updates their groupchat subscription terms, your subscription will not auto-renew unless you "opt-in."
